The Medallia Concierge environment [app-4.zingle.sea1.medallia.com] will be undergoing maintenance on Tuesday, June 9, from 1:00am - 5:00am ET. (10pm PT, June 8)
During this maintenance window, no downtime is expected, and users may continue to access and use the Concierge app. Some users may see intermittent connection delays or errors, however any unavailability is expected to be brief and temporary.
We will work to complete this required maintenance as soon as possible. If you have any questions please reach out to Technical Support by going to Help > Chat With Us.
We are currently experiencing an issue that is affecting manual Contact Imports within Concierge.
Please note that CSV imports via email and SFTP are not impacted and continue to function normally. However, manual uploads may fail to process at this time.
Our engineering team is actively working on a fix to restore full functionality. We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide further updates as they become available.
We are no longer experiencing an issue for manual Contact Imports within Concierge. Our engineering tea, has validated the fix and restored full functionality.
