The Medallia Concierge application (app.zingle.me) will be undergoing system maintenance with downtime on April 9, 2025 4:30am (1:30am PDT). Maintenance and downtime is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes. During this time, the Concierge application will be offline, with the Inbox and Messaging functionality unavailable during these times. Inbound messages will receive an automated reply during this window to alert end users the service is undergoing maintenance, and will not appear in the Inbox. We have identified an issue impacting the Concierge App in the Hyatt Environment (app-4.zingle.sea1.medallia.com), where users are unable to access their services. We are actively investigating these issues and working on a resolution as soon as possible. We'll continue to post updates here as we have them and appreciate your patience.

The Medallia Concierge application (app-4.zingle.sea1.medallia.com) will be undergoing maintenance and will be offline on Thursday, Nov 30 starting at 1 am EDT (6am UTC). The Concierge Inbox, mobile apps, and automated messages will be unavailable for approximately 1-2 hours. Inbound messages received during this time will not appear in the Inbox. They will receive an automated reply to alert guests and end users that the service is undergoing maintenance.
