We have identified an issue impacting the Concierge App, where users are unable to access their Analytics page for Production environments. Our team is actively working on investigating and resolving these issues. Currently, the app may fail to load with an error message, or display a red network connection error, or not load without showing any error messages.

The Medallia Concierge application (app.zingle.me) will be undergoing system maintenance with downtime on April 9, 2025 4:30am (1:30am PDT). Maintenance and downtime is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes. During this time, the Concierge application will be offline, with the Inbox and Messaging functionality unavailable during these times. Inbound messages will receive an automated reply during this window to alert end users the service is undergoing maintenance, and will not appear in the Inbox. We will work to get your service back up and running as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Technical Support team by going to Help > Chat With Us.

A fix has been implemented and we are seeing successful recovery of inbound and outbound messaging functionality. In addition to inbound and outbound message issues, certain actions in the the web app may not have been not working.
