We are currently experiencing an issue that is affecting manual Contact Imports within Concierge.
Please note that CSV imports via email and SFTP are not impacted and continue to function normally. However, manual uploads may fail to process at this time.
Our engineering team is actively working on a fix to restore full functionality. We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide further updates as they become available.

The Medallia Concierge application (app.zingle.me) will be undergoing system maintenance with downtime on April 9, 2025 4:30am (1:30am PDT). Maintenance and downtime is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes. During this time, the Concierge application will be offline, with the Inbox and Messaging functionality unavailable during these times. Inbound messages will receive an automated reply during this window to alert end users the service is undergoing maintenance, and will not appear in the Inbox.
