The Medallia Concierge application (app.zingle.me) will be undergoing system maintenance with downtime on April 9, 2025 4:30am (1:30am PDT). Maintenance and downtime is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes. During this time, the Concierge application will be offline, with the Inbox and Messaging functionality unavailable during these times. Inbound messages will receive an automated reply during this window to alert end users the service is undergoing maintenance, and will not appear in the Inbox. We've identified the source and nature of the issue and are continuing to work towards a resolution. At this time inbound and outbound messages in the app.zingle.me environment are impacted. We will provide another update as soon as we have additional information.

A fix has been implemented and we are seeing successful recovery of inbound and outbound messaging functionality. In addition to inbound and outbound message issues, certain actions in the the web app may not have been not working. Users can refresh the page or close and re-open the Concierge App to ensure the issues are resolved. We're continuing to monitor system performance to ensure full recovery.

We're aware of an issue where Zingle Shortened URLs are timing out (ie https //zngl.me/xyzpage). Impact at this time is limited to URLs sent in outbound messages only. This appears to be infrequent & intermittent, most requests should still be successful. Our teams are actively investigating and working on a resolution.

We are currently investigating an issue with outbound messages not being sent from Concierge. Our development team has been alerted and is currently looking into the issue for a fix. Once we have more information we will update. Apologies for the issue and thank you for your patience.
