We have identified an issue impacting the Concierge App, where users are unable to access their Analytics page for Production environments. Our team is actively working on investigating and resolving these issues. Currently, the app may fail to load with an error message, or display a red network connection error, or not load without showing any error messages.

We'll continue to post updates as we have them. We appreciate your patience

Users may need to refresh the page or re-open the Concierge App if they are still experiencing issues.

This is only impacting the Message Volume and Message Detail Analytics reports. We'll provide an update once available, and appreciate your patience.
