We're investigating an issue where CSV Imports via Email and SFTP are not working in the app.zingle.me environmentManual CSV imports via UI are working (user-initiated), and imports from other integrations are also working (HotSOS, Opera, Infor)

Maintenance and downtime is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes. During this time, the Concierge application will be offline, with the Inbox and Messaging functionality unavailable during these times. Inbound messages will receive an automated reply during this window to alert end users the service is undergoing maintenance, and will not appear in the Inbox. We've identified the source of the issues impacting contact imports, and have implemented a fix to resolve it. We are continuing to monitor services to ensure full recovery.
