The Medallia Concierge environment [app.zingle.me] will be undergoing maintenance on Tuesday, July 7, from 1:00am - 5:00am ET (Mon, July 6, 10pm PT).
No downtime is expected during this maintenance window, and users may continue to access and use the Concierge app as usual. Some users may see intermittent connection delays or application errors. Any unavailability or errors are expected to be brief and temporary.

We're investigating an issue where CSV Imports via Email and SFTP are not working in the app.zingle.me environment. Manual CSV imports via UI are working (user-initiated), and imports from other integrations are also working (HotSOS, Opera, Infor)
