The Medallia Concierge application (app.zingle.me) will be undergoing system maintenance with downtime on April 9, 2025 4:30am (1:30am PDT). Maintenance and downtime is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes.
During this time, the Concierge application will be offline, with the Inbox and Messaging functionality unavailable during these times.
Inbound messages will receive an automated reply during this window to alert end users the service is undergoing maintenance, and will not appear in the Inbox.
We will work to get your service back up and running as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Technical Support team by going to Help > Chat With Us.

We have identified an issue impacting the Concierge App in the Hyatt Environment (app-4.zingle.sea1.medallia.com), where users are unable to access their services. We are actively investigating these issues and working on a resolution as soon as possible.

We're investigating reports that outbound messages are failing to go through for some Concierge services.
Our team is actively investigating these issues and working to resolve them as soon as possible. We'll provide updates as they are available

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Users should now be able to send messages. Some users may need to log out and back in for the change to take effect.

The Medallia Concierge application (app-4.zingle.sea1.medallia.com) will be undergoing maintenance and will be offline on Thursday, Nov 30 starting at 1 am EDT (6am UTC). The Concierge Inbox, mobile apps, and automated messages will be unavailable for approximately 1-2 hours.
Inbound messages received during this time will not appear in the Inbox. They will receive an automated reply to alert guests and end users that the service is undergoing maintenance.
