The Medallia Concierge application (app.zingle.me) will be undergoing system maintenance with downtime on April 9, 2025 4:30am (1:30am PDT). Maintenance and downtime is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes.
During this time, the Concierge application will be offline, with the Inbox and Messaging functionality unavailable during these times.
Inbound messages will receive an automated reply during this window to alert end users the service is undergoing maintenance, and will not appear in the Inbox.
We will work to get your service back up and running as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Technical Support team by going to Help > Chat With Us.

We have identified an issue impacting the Concierge App, where users are unable to access their Concierge Inbox. Our team is actively working on investigating and resolving these issues. Currently, the app may fail to load with an error message, display a red network connection error, or simply fail to send and receive messages.

We're aware of an issue where Zingle Shortened URLs are timing out (ie https //zngl.me/xyzpage). Impact at this time is limited to URLs sent in outbound messages only. This appears to be infrequent & intermittent, most requests should still be successful.
Our teams are actively investigating and working on a resolution.
