Our OHIP integration service experienced an outage beginning around 12:00 AM ET on December 1 and lasting until approximately 3:00 PM ET on December 3. During this period, Hyatt services that import guest via the OHIP integration were impacted.
The issue has now been fully resolved, and guest reservation data from the OHIP integration is currently being backfilled. We will continue to monitor the process to ensure all data is restored as expected.

The Medallia Concierge application (app.zingle.me) will be undergoing system maintenance with downtime on April 9, 2025 4:30am (1:30am PDT). Maintenance and downtime is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes.
During this time, the Concierge application will be offline, with the Inbox and Messaging functionality unavailable during these times.
Inbound messages will receive an automated reply during this window to alert end users the service is undergoing maintenance, and will not appear in the Inbox.
We will work to get your service back up and running as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Technical Support team by going to Help > Chat With Us.

We are investigating reports of users not being able to login to Concierge in the app-4.zingle.sea1.medallia.com environment. Users attempting to login are receiving a 403 error page. We're actively working on identifying the root cause of the issues and will provide an update as soon one is available.
