We're investigating an issue where CSV Imports via Email and SFTP are not working in the app.zingle.me environment. Manual CSV imports via UI are working (user-initiated), and imports from other integrations are also working (HotSOS, Opera, Infor)

Our team is actively investigating this issue and working to resolve this as soon as possible. We'll provide updates as they are available

We have mitigated  the issue where CSV Imports via Email and SFTP was not working in the app.zingle.me environment. CSV imports are now processing, but users may see a delay in guest data updating.
